  It is not often the case I have nothing to suspend. Yesterday it was! The Degustationsmenue €128 with 7 courses was delicious, surprising and well prepared. My favorite: Bronze-Fenchel (fennel) €22 if you order it separately, with spiced yoghurt, gremolata from tomatoes and Mimolette. Even the main course, often weak, calve shoulder and bries was tender and delicious. The service attentive and warm, even the knowledgable sommelier - also a rare species. The cheese from the renowned Tölzer Kasladn could have been more tasty if served matured for € 16 - close to a real disaster for a cheese maniac. The setting was spacious with splendid views of the Tegernsee. We come again!
