The pink sandstone castle (12C) was the residence of the Juiliers dynasty until the 15C. From the donjon, converted into a museum devoted to the fortresses and castles of the Eifel, there is a fine view over the Rur Valley. The church (12C) boasts a Romanesque chancel decorated with frescoes.
