Pros
Our party was received very promptly and courteously upon arrival. The champagne list was good and served both quickly and perfectly chilled. Our food was of a very high standard and the attention to detail was obvious. I personally enjoyed the wines suggested by the sommelier. The staff were aware of a special occassion being celebrated by our group and therefore prepared a personalised selection of sweets to accompany desert. A nice touch. There was also a good selection of Cuban cigars.
Cons
The room where our party's champagne was served before the meal was not particularly inspiring or finely appointed. This is a very minor concern in what is otherwise a class act. Highly recommended.

Pros
the food was exquisite, every course top draw. the skate main course was a mixture of great ingredients well cooked with marvellous textures. the rhubarb soufflé finished it all so well, to die for ! the service in the restaurant was attentive, I really recommend this place.
