  Excellent food,worth the two stars.

  Cons

  "Accueil" somewhat poor. Décor, lightening and temperature very poor. Not 2, nor even 1 star.

  Food quite interesting, though too many between-course items, and extremely expensive.

  Cons

  The pre-dinner glass of champagne was flat and discoloured, disgusting - and not even an apology from the waiter. Service was generally a bit off-hand, even surly. Vastly over-priced for the quality of food, surroundings (boring) and poor service. Pull your socks up!

  Interesting menus. Food well cooked and presented. Properly attentive staff.

  Cons

  Dining room rather plain and lacking in warmth. Bread (slices, brown or white) surprisingly uninspiring. Wines by the glass well overpriced. Explanation of the dishes rushed and sometimes unintelligible.

  Amazing food! great room, and service. after eating in many 3 star restaurants, I can't see why midsummer only has 2! very seasonal and light tasting menu. will defiantly go back.

  Incredible top notch cooking! Wow-factor in abundance! Great staff, excellent wine list, Went there for an anniversary and may even return for the next! Earned it's Two Stars! BIG THUMBS UP!

  Cons

  Perhaps a few too many Amuse Bouche and unnecessary inbetween courses. Didn't put me off though!

  Delicious food very well presented in an endless stream of courses.

  Cons

  Pricey even for a two-star restaurant and service is very stuffy and unapproachable. Wine list is rediculously overpriced with no descriptions of the wine at all. Dining room has an air of coldness about it that is not entirely comfortable.

  Went there for a party with friends and we've all been impressed by the quality and inventiveness of the food. The sleek service was faultless. They were also very accommodating to our special needs.
