Cathedral Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

Bibendum
All that remains of the Norman building (1133) is the truncated nave and the south transept. The 13C east window, a fine example of Decorated tracery, contains some of the original 14C glass and the choir has a fine set of 14 sculptured capitals and a remarkable painted ceiling (1360), representing golden suns and stars on a blue background. The 16C Brougham Triptych is a masterpiece of Flemish craftsmanship.
