This Queen Anne town house was built in 1712 for Henry Peckham, a wine merchant. The tastefully furnished rooms are the setting for collections of Bow porcelain and paintings (Henry Moore, Graham Sutherland, John Piper and Paul Nash).

This medieval hospital (1290) has a wide infirmary hall, with a chapel at one end. The compartmented hall has retained the original 17C brick chimneys rising up through the medieval roof. The chapel has interesting misericords.
