Fishguard : Michelin's recommendations

The lower town has a pretty marina. It had been planned to make Fishguard a transatlantic port to rival Liverpool, but the project fell through, and now only ferries to Rosslare (Ireland) sail from here. East of Fishguard there are some fairly wild coastal paths which wind near precipitous cliffs.
