St Michael's Tower, now the Tourist Information Centre, marks the site where the medieval streets once met, the Cross. Bishop Hooper's Lodging in Westgate Street, now the Gloucester Folk Museum and the New Inn in Northgate Street are two excellent examples of late medieval buildings.
