The old town hall with its chequered decoration (1421) no houses the Tourist Office and this museum. A guided tour leads through the old police station (small cells and terrifying instruments of torture) then through the badge room, where the town charter is kept, as well as the robes of municipal magistrates, silver utensils and the Cup of King John (1340).
