Kingston upon Hull : Michelin's recommendations

Kingston-upon-Hull has a long maritime history. Fishing and, equally importantly, whaling were the principal activities and it remains a major seaport. The Old Town, lying between the River Humber and River Hull, was once surrounded by walls and a moat. It has retained its medieval and 17C cobbled streets and inns. Most of Hull's docks were built along the east wall in the Georgian period.
