Albert Dock Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

A succession of massive brick warehouses surround a 3 ha expanse of water. Built in 1846, the year in which free-trade was instated then axed for good in 1972, this area has now been given a new lease of life thanks to the introduction of shops, cafés, accommodation, a marine museum and an annex of the Tate Gallery.

Fabulous array of shops, bars & restaurants. The backdrop of Liverpool city on one side and the river Mersey makes it unique.

    Parking is expensive nearby.
