Do not board the Heathrow Express train without exchanging your voucher for tickets at the Heathrow Express counters. Heathrow Express staff will not accept any vouchers onboard the trains and you will be required to buy your tickets in cash. Your voucher is valid for one roundtrip journey. Your return ticket is valid for four weeks from the date it was issued; you may use your return journey at any time during those four weeks. Heathrow Express does not operate on Christmas Day. Carriages have dedicated areas for wheelchairs. Children younger than 5 travel free.
