Café Royal : Michelin's recommendations

The Café Royal consisting of several halls including the National Sporting Club Reunion Hall, a Masonic temple, and several banquet halls, was opened in 1863 by a couple of Burgundian immigrants. It became a meeting place for writers and artists like Oscar Wilde, Whistler, Aubrey Beardsley and George Moore in the late 19C.
