Crystal Palace Park Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

Covering an area of 80 ha high above Sydenham, the park owes its name to the huge glass and iron edifice built by Joseph Paxton for the Great Exhibition of 1851 and which burned down in 1936. The park contains the National Sports Centre, a sporting complex that caters for a variety of activities for all ages.
