Public Record Office, Kew : Michelin's recommendations

Among the neo-Gothic buildings surrounding the National Archives (home of the Public Record Office since its transfer to Kew) are the remains of a chapel built in 1232 by Jewish converts to Christianity. In 1377, it was assigned to the Master of the Rolls who stored Chancery documents here until it was demolished in 1896.
