The Museum of the Air, subsidiary company of the War Museum (Imperial War Museum, in Lambeth) is devoted to the history of aviation and the RAF. It occupies hangars at the Old Hendon aerodrome, the cradle of British aviation where Grahame-White set-up his school for pilots before the First World War.
