House where Barbara Hepworth and her husband, the painter Ben Nicholson lived. The abstract sculptures of stone and polished wood are the fruit of a life devoted to sculpting. The workshops contain a number of blocks of stone that she had begun to work on. This apparent disorder contrasts with the garden, surrounded by a white wall, which is a peaceful place that contains around 20 bronze and stone pieces.
