Scarborough : Michelin's recommendations


Particularly fashionable in the late 19C and early 20C, this resort enhances its contemporary popularity by offering modern attractions such as the Millennium Experience and Sea Life Centre. It remains nevertheless one of the best places in Britain to savour the Victorian seaside atmosphere, despite the transformation of part of the South Bay waterfront, with garish amusement arcades.
