Pros
This is a beautiful restaurant overlooking Loch Lomond. The quality of food, wine and service is everything you would expect from a starred restaurant, and more besides. We had the 3-course lunch, with a stunning mise-en-bouche of beetroot meringues/horseradish cream and salsify frites, and wonderful coffee and petit fours to finish. My wife had the superb cheese selection (extra charge). Tremendous value.

Pros
Excellent innovative cooking from chef with 1* restaurant in Edinburgh. This restaurant also deserves a star - perhaps it will have one by the time you read this!
