Note the 18C house of the Carmelites, the only vestige of an old monastery, and the Town Hall, with an unusual bell tower. Facing this building is a rare Market Cross dating from before the Reformation, standing on a paved area. One side of the 16C cross has a Crucifixion and the other a Virgin and Child.
