Carradale is a bustling little port pleasantly situated on the coast of Kintyre, the southern part of a long peninsula. The western shores of Kintyre, with views as far as Ireland in fine weather, are pounded by ocean waves. A rough road runs along the east coast, which faces the Isle of Arran. There are pleasant seaside walks to be enjoyed on all sides.
