The attractive ruins of the castle, former residence of the Crawford Lindsay family, have a unique garden that is best seen in summer. The current entrance leads to the paved courtyard to the building completed in the late 16C. Today in ruins, this extension was never completed. The fortified L-shaped house (early 16C) is corbelled. The rest of the western façade dates from the extension made in the late 16C.
