Glencoe : Michelin's recommendations

On the shores of Loch Leven in Glen Coe sits the almost identically named village of Glencoe. The landscape is magnificent, particularly under a menacing sky. Near the village, the Glen Coe Visitor Centre provides information on the valley whose attractions include the Meall a Bhuiridh ski resort. The Three Sisters is a mountain range consisting of nine peaks, the highest of which reaches 1 141m. A little way off, above Loch Achtriochtan, the craggy ridge of Anoach Eagach is ideal for walking.
