Innerleithen : Michelin's recommendations
This charming country town lies at the confluence of the River Leithen and River Tweed, which is wide and winding at this stage. Innerleithen is a wool town that has grown from a small rural village which prospered with the opening of its first factory, founded by Alexander Brodie, in 1790.
