Forth Road Bridge : Michelin's recommendations

Upstream from the Forth stands the elegant suspension bridge with its unusual "curve". It took six years (1958-1964) to complete this bridge with two 7.3 m wide carriages, cycle paths and footpaths; 39,000 tonnes of steel and 114,750 m3 of concrete were used at a total cost of £20,000,000.
