The narrow, winding main street is lined with tavernas where one can taste mountain cheeses and formaéla, a soft fried cheese, as well as a delicious red wine with a redcurrant flavour. The workshops sell shoulder bags, carpets and long-haired rugs (flokáti) in bright colours.
