Ancient City of Corinth
: Michelin's recommendations
Corinth has a vast array of archaeological remains, although most are from the Roman period, such as the Temple of Octavian, three Corinthian capitals of which have been re-erected. The archaeological museum has a fine collection of ancient ceramics. At the top end of the site, there remain 7 of the 38 Doric columns of the Temple of Apollo (6C BC). From here, return to the agora from where there are fine views of Acrocorinth.
