Kassiópi : Michelin's recommendations

Kassiópi is a charming fishing port and resort. It is approached by a spectacular corniche road which goes to Kouloúra, where the writer Lawrence Durell, author of Prospero's Cell, stayed. There are remarkable views of the Albanian coast from here. Kassiópi is dominated by the remains of a 13C feudal fortress. The 16C church contains 17C icons and frescoes.
