Pros
Corfu is a real beaty with splendid beaches and lots of historical and cultural sites to visit. It combines the best of both worlds - seaside vacation + cultural tourism. We enjoyed it a lot.
Cons
Not all beaches are sandy and the sea water is pretty cold, although we have been there is the beginning of August. The island capital - Kerkyra should be visited only late in the evening, otherwise it is extremely hot, although the evening are very croweded by tourists.
