The monastery of Agia Paraskevi hangs vertiginously over the gorge, where the Voidomatis flows 1 000m below. From the monastery, a path winds along the cliff. From the viewpoint overlooking the confluence of the Voidomatis, there is an impressive panorama over this wild natural landscape. The gorge continues downstream towards Konitsa. From Oxia (reached by car along a forest road from Monodendri) there is a view of virtually the whole gorge.
