A promenade to be compared with that of the labyrinth in Úri Street where you will discover a network of natural grottos which over the years have been fitted out and used by the different occupants of the city. During the Second World War this amazing underground city was used to house over 4,000 people. The German, Hungarian and Russian armies used these underground hideaways to store arms and munitions and even to house a military hospital.
