This street, laid out on the former Hill of the Chapter, runs from Dunakapu tér to Bécsi-Kapu tér, rising up above the confluent of Rába and Mosonyi-Duna rivers (an arm of the Danube). It is one of the major points of interest of Gyor. It is the home of Római Katolikus Hittudományi Foiskola, the famous Catholic college which houses the Diocesan treasure, where countless religious artefacts and illuminated manuscripts are displayed.
