The harmonious proportions of the façade of the New College (1911-13) cannot be faulted. It is a pity that it is not open to the public, because it houses a rich and varied interior. If you knock on the door however, you might be lucky and the friendly staff might let you peep beyond the entrance hall. For your information, it was designed by architects Valér Mende and Lajos Dombi and was for many years home to the Kodály School of Music. Today it belongs to the Reformist church which has a small museum called the Református Egyházmuvészeti.
