This late 15C church, originally a place of Roman Catholic worship, was transformed and converted by the Reformist church. Inside is a painting which depicts St Elisabeth (canonised in 1235) and a huge Baroque altarpiece devoted to the Virgin. Outside are two 20C bronze sculptures by Imre Varga. One represents St Elisabeth at Sárospatak; the other depicts her husband Louis of Marbug, Count of Thuringia.
