Jhalrapatan : Michelin's recommendations

The picturesque small town of Jhalrapatan, huddled inside its fortifications, claims to have once been home to 108 temples, and one can only imagine the incessant noise emanating from the bells rung by worshippers as they entered the temples to attract the attention of the gods. It is for this reason that Jhalrapatan is known as “the city of bells”. Nowadays, this modest town is dotted with houses painted in blue.
