Take the marked path to the summit of Mt Gede (2 958m) to enjoy a stunning walk crowned with sublime views over the whole of the region. The walk takes you past the Blue Lake, whose blue-green waters stretch out in the middle of the jungle. After reaching the triple Cibeureum Waterfall ("red water", named after the reddish moss that covers the cliff), an extra effort brings you to a volcanic hot spring (75°C). Upon reaching the pass, at a height of 2 400m, choose between going left to the summit of Mt Gede or right to the Pandrango (a more challenging 3 019m).
