The flour mill, which was producing flour until the fifties, stands in the town centre, on the River Cavan. It has been restored and is once again in operation. An audio visual presentation (25 mn) shows its history and its restoration. The tour starts with visitors taking part in kneading some dough, then watching the mill machinery at work, before returning to the kitchen for the bread to be baked.
