Part of Cobh railway station currently houses an exhibition recalling the times when Cobh was a major port. It relates the life of the convicts and migrants aboard ship, their accommodation in the city, the development of the harbour as a naval base, and the embarcation of troops who sailed out to fight in the Boer War and the First World War.
