Pros
Joanne Harding welcomes you can make your mouth water with her beautifully phrased descriptions of every course. The real joy is that they exceed her descriptions and are presented with the use of wonderful local ingredients and include edible wild flowers and herbs. Billy Whitty, the chef end of the partnership, produces amazing dishes that have real flavour, substance and creativity. Billy's family and friends locally supply fish, shell fish and vegetables to die for. Good wine list.
