This group of six Georgian houses, opposite People's Park, are the epitome of the Newtown Pery district, built by the Pery Tontine Company in 1838. One of the houses has been skillfully restored and stands as a splendid testimonial to Georgian architecture and decoration. The original mezzanine basement can still be seen. The garden is a replica of the original.
