Moy : Michelin's recommendations

The Moy is an attractive Plantation town, founded around 1760 by James Caulfield, Earl of Charlemont, on the model of the Piedmont town of Marengo, which he had seen during his "Grand Tour" of Europe. The main road is lined with horse-chestnut trees where it crosses the vast central green, once the site of monthly horse fairs that lasted a whole week.
