Sion Mills : Michelin's recommendations

A model village founded by the three Herdman brothers, who in 1835 establishing a linen spinning factory in a former flour mill on the River Mourne. The workers' terraced tied-cottages were built in neo-Gothic style. Also worth seeing are its half-timbered houses, Good Sheperd's Church (19C) and St Teresa's Catholic Church (1963).
