Whitehead : Michelin's recommendations

Sheltered between the cliffs of White Head and Black Head, this seaside resort has a pebble beach, promenade and two golf courses. It is also one of the bases of the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland, custodian of the Railway Preservation Collection of steam locomotives and coaches. It operates rail tours by steam train departing from Whitehead to all parts of Ireland during the summer season.
