Pros

The chef shows a very good knowledge of working with fresh ingredient and preparing michelin star food. Monk fish with a fresly prepared curry was tender and all favour were balanced fine and lasting. The wine list is very good and complete well with all the choice of food from rabbit to brilliant fillet of beef and gorgeous fois gras.

Cons

The side dish selections could be increase to explore more refine ingredient that will improve the experience.
