  Pros

  The food was excellent from start to finish; beautiful compositions and delicious combinations of flavors. Especially enjoyed the Irish prawns for starter and the soufflé for dessert, which is the best soufflé I have ever tasted.

  Cons

  The fact that it is in Dublin and not in Copenhagen, which means I can not dinne there regularly..

  Creativi, ma non sofisticati. ambiente raffinato. Qualità e preparazioni dei piatti degni di almeno  Michelin. Questo ns. soggiorno in Irlanda mi ha fatto molto rivalutare in maniera positiva la cucina di questo paese. Bravi tutti.

  This place is a gem ! Wonderful high quality and creative dishes in a cosy and modern atmosphere. Everything was just Perfect ! Looking forward to come again.

  LOVED the sea urchin and the whole drama of the surprise menu, the food of course, the huge selection of wine, the location... the photos.

  Cons

  Dining room still doesn't really suit the food. There's no sense of drama in the décor which is unfortunate and turns you off the excitement of eating such amazing food. It also feels really formal at first and almost scary, it's hard to find the balance between perfect service and a great time but that still needs to be found.
