Hezlett House, built in 1691 probably as a pastor's residence, is a long thatched cottage with roughcast walls, loft and roof reinforced by beams. A little museum in the outhouse contains agricultural tools from the Victorian era. The house was taken up by the Hezlett family in 1761 and acquired by the National Trust in 1976.
