  Das Essen war schlicht eine Katastrophe und meileneweit von einer ambitionierten Sterne Küche entfernt.Die Vorspeise aus einem Salat mit Schinken und Pecorino bestand aus dünnen sardischen Brotscheiben mit klebrigem Käse überbacken wie bei einer Pizza darunter eine schmale Schicht geschmackloser Scheiben von Artischocken und Fenchel. Meine Vorspeise aus Tortellini mit Riccota auf Octopuss war ebenso unansehnlich wie geschmacklos. Das ganze setzte sich fort in den Hauptgerichten.Keine Empfehlung

  Best restaurant on the entire island. Cristiano has the best products at hand and the skills to turn them into something magic. Perfect tastes and textures along with impeccable service. I did like the fact that they promote sardinian wines about which they have in-depth knowledge. Their recommendations were spot-on. A truly remarkable place that somehow manages to survive in a market that only exists for a short period every year.

  Un giudizio positivo per i piatti richiesti (ad ecezzione del fritto di mare);ottimi il cannelone di carciofi e la cassata della casa. L'ambiente del locale risulta nel suo insieme piacevole.

  Il contenitore in ceramica del pane carta da musica era visibilmente sbeccato in più punti (in questo caso andrebbe buttato). Il pane della casa non era fresco! Alcuni elementi del fritto di mare (gli anemoni e la murena)risultavano eccessivamente secchi e induriti, come se fossero stati ripassati al microonde!! IL MIO SECONDO PIATTO MI è STATO SERVITO 10 MINUTI DOPO CHE MIA MOGLIE AVEVA FINITO IL SUO!!!! Avendo avuto occasione di mangiare in diversi ristoranti stellati in Italia e in Europa, mi sembra eccessivo il costo medio del menù in rapporto alla qualità del servizio/cucina. Mi pare che la stella sia stata data un pò troppo generosamente....

  Ristorante molto migliorato rispetto alla precedente visita( estate). Antipasto molto buono, sia la sfoglia con pomodro e bottarga, che l'insalata di ventresca, pesto e verdure. Meglio ancora i primi, sia tagliolini pecorino e pesce, che quelli con insalata di mare e peperoni. Sui secondi il maialino e' sicuramente all'altezza, peccato per il fritto ( troppo asciutto) che peggiora un poco un giudizio verso l'eccellenza. Ci si riprende molto bene col dolce, la cassata andreini, vale la pena. Carta dei vini ben strutturata, champagne anche di ricerca, ricarichi corretti. La mano dello chef non e' del genere raffinato e minimalista, ma a noi e' piaciuta molto. Bene anche il servizio, le porzioni micro sono una leggenda. Ottimo ed abbondante!

  La critica e' per la scorsa visita in estate. Un locale di livello, pur ad agosto, non deve diventare una supermercato con doppio o triplo giro di tavolo. Ne va' della qualita', e si rischia di rovinare quanto si e' costruito.

  it's fine but you can tell there is a French influence some things excellent some just ok and I mean just , occasionally over ornate and is better when staying true to Sardo roots . not the best Restaraunt in town and not worthy of a star unless you order well
