Four centuries ago the Spanish garrison would have enjoyed much the same view of the port of Arona as the diners of this elegant restaurant do today. From the veranda, the austere Angera rock and mountains are reflected in the lake. The only distraction from the splendid view is the exquisite cuisine served here.

      Pros

      Easily as good as any 1 star restaurant in Italy; better than many. Inventive cooking, great tasting dishes. Worth a detour.

      Cons

      Parking can be a problem in Arona.

      Pros

      il panorama e il ristorante situato in un palazzo del 600 sono meravigliosi.

      Cons

      i piatti,il coperto il costo dell'acqua e il 10% del servizio! praticamente ti siedi e ordini l'acqua e hai gia' speso 20 euro!
