Bibendum

Until the 15C, this small town in the Val di Susa west of Turin was one of the favourite residences of the princes of Savoy. From Avigliana, a scenic route runs along the two glacial lakes of Avigliana, and leads to the Sacra di San Michele. This abbey is now one of Piedmont’s emblematic sights and a spiritual symbol of the region.
