Housed inside City Hall, it has a rich collection of works by Giorgio Morandi (1890-1964), the painter from Bologna whose work includes well thought out still-life paintings, and landscapes that are et measured and geometric, revealing Cezanne's influence; with a color spectrum that emphasizes ochre, blue, ivory, and gray. In addition to his paintings you will see drawings, water colors, a reproduction of his studio and the artist's antique art collection.
